I can vouch for #5 Seen this at work multiple times but not only with Ketchup. Literally a SLICE OF CHEESE on the bread and then dropped both in toaster at the same time. After this last go around toaster caught fire which was luckily extinguished but triggered the alarm to the FD. Truck everything. Facilities management / HR has now hung signs on how to use the toaster with pictures which look like IKEA instructions... All this at a "high tech" company. H1B's, KEK!
