I was just on Reddit again battling with snowflakes. One was promoting civil war because "America is racist, etc".

He is from the UK, so I brought up his own country's history. He completely denies the British Empire's atrocities. Says I am making it up. I could tell he was really young. Disturbing.

The British are arrogant to a fault, intelligent but highly susceptible to brainwashing

That's really surprising to me. I had the impression that native Britons were taught the same kind of things our own kids are taught - evil country, only did bad things, focus on racism, make them think white heritage is all evil all the time, blah blah blah.

The British empire did do some things that are no longer considered acceptable, but they've also created many fantastic things, and frankly we're very lucky we're a former British colony. The examples of Spanish and French colonies to the south of us show us what the potential alternative could be.

Agree 100%. A nation should never be told "people were bad then so you are bad now, therefore you should not exist".

And that's one kid on the internet, but I know for a fact those elitist bastards in the European countries talk a lot s**t on America while ignoring their own history. Look how much they still fight Brexit. It's because Trump brought populism back to life in America, and other countries are following our lead.
