Theres a difference between complacency and a break. I can't stay in 100% of the time or I'll go mad. Take a break, find something enjoyable and good, then come back into it refreshed
Just kidding, I grew up camping for weeks at a time in the summer. It's important to take a break, if you're sad or feeling angry, just step away and appreciate that you're alive and there's so much left to see in this world.
