I mean, it is a nice fantasy, but not gonna happen.
There are obviously many good conservatives there, especially outside of the urban areas, but they are so vastly outnumbered, we can safely label CA as a lost cause. For every one of those fireworks you see, there are 100 Liberal Karens calling the police on them for it.
It could if we can actually deport all the illegal aliens from the country.
Alternatively, it depends on how the left responds to Trump's second term. If they go back to center-leftism, then not much will change. If they go further towards pure communism, then you will see more and more traditional democrats side with Trump's successor, and maybe flip it. I doubt a Reagan-esque victory is possible nowadays without a huge demographic shift in the country, or something like a genuine war, whether civil of global. But we may yet live to see California go red once more.
How about - no matter how much organic support POTUS actually has in Cali, the ballots for Biden have already been printed and are waiting for election night to make a magical reappearance to cinch the electoral votes.

Sadly, nope. It's a winner-take-all state, and LA county alone has a population bigger than more than 30-some states.
No
Great counter points!
I live there. Trump at best gets 35%
It's called reality and 40 years of empirical observation. There you go.
