How in the fuck it removing their right to vote constitutional in the first place? The idea behind incarceration is a suspension of rights until the debt to society is paid. This includes the right to bear arms and the voting rights. They should be reinstated after release.
Felons have broken our laws so egregiously that it is PROOF that you don't respect them. Why would a society entrust the LAW MAKING PROCESS to those who BREAK THE MOST EGREGIOUS LAWS!?
