One of the only ways to learn a class with Third World "professors" was to find a TV educational show on the subject.
There was something much worse than the foreign "professors", that was the foreign "students" who would arrive and after their parents paid big they would sleep in class or not attend and would "graduate" with the highest marks.

For a required course to earn my master's I had a teacher I literally could not understand what he was saying. Sat there the entire semester, took the required to graduate test - and (like 97 percent of the class) failed. So everyone re-took the class, except me. I figured why would the 2nd time work any better? So 2 weeks before the end of the semester I got 2 books on the course topic and taught myself. Actually aced the test. Ran into the "professor" a week later. He asked my name in the hallway. He recognized my name as the guy who aced the test. He said "You did really well!". Then he got a confused look on his face, as he realized I had NOT been in his class that semester. It was glorious. :)
Florida got tired of that about 20 years ago and required a test of English speaking proficiency. Before that I had teachers whose accents were so thick I could not understand the topic the whole damn class.
They don't give a damn about America - they only see it as a means to an end to them. American students are left out of any opportunities to be had - all because of the theoretical benefit of accepting randos from all over the world.
As someone who left academia after 16 years (albeit in Australia) I can actually agree ... without international students most Universities in the west are going to be in deep shit.
But that's because the west has vastly more universities than it actually needs:
Universities are teaching subjects which would be better handled in specialist schools these days (virtually ALL IT would be better taught in such schools for example).
Universities waste resources subjects with no real-world value (I'm looking at you, Department of Gender Studies, you mindless misandrist drones).
Universities are teaching students who are far from meeting the necessary standard. The last Masters degree paper I saw before I left was, in my opinion, below the standard that would have gotten a Bachelors student failed only 15 years ago.
We actually need the collapse of academia so that we can rebuild it to be what it used to be ... a place of higher learning and research.
