It was meaningless to begin with, but yes. Nobody commits crime with love on their mind.

If this were even a crime, it's nothing more than vandalism, if anything.

You can't fucking tack hate crime charges on when the 'victim' is no one and nothing but a paved road.

No it won't. They are just going to use it as a weapon against all White people that stand up against this. No one is doing anything to stop them.

On the contrary. This gives the term a new and powerful meaning. It essentially sets the precedent that any crimes committed by whites are hate crimes.
