To be fair, painting "Black Lives Matter" is commonplace graffiti all over the country, not exactly easy to distinguish "lawful" graffiti that was permitted from some woke morons on the city council from the traditional unlawful graffiti when they saying the same thing in the same place.

In this case, a woke official gave them a permit, but yeah, most of it everywhere else is graffiti.

So we can pull a similar permit and be allowed to paint "Trump 2020" on public streets? Or has equal justice under the law been suspended as well?

You should be as long as its not within 1000 feet of a polling place on Election Day. If they don't let you and they've let BLM, you sue. You win.
