Trump used a rule from The Art Of War where you have to pretend to be weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak. Trump is pretending that he is weak so that they become overconfident and start to unmask themselves, like they are doing now. Then Trump will suddenly put them all in GITMO on Nov 4 after his inevitable win.
