That's pretty much what Washington state has done, if you go out you have to wear a mask or it's a misdemeanor, places are now having to enforce masks or risk having their business shut down. Shit is fucking retarded.
At my gym when you enter, walking to the locker rooms you have to wear a mask. While working out and moving between people and machines you don't. After you're done working out when you leave you have to wear the mask as you exit.
So literally the only times you're supposed to wear the mask is when you enter and exit. Aka where there are no people near you. Shit's fucking retarded.
The fearful are free to hide at home.
