Yet if this was factually correct, how come we have the leading economy in the world? Wouldn't this be the progressive utopia of Europe? I'm sure it's going to be 'at least 50%' and not exact. Also, no company ever had so many top tier black applicants and complained about it. Pretty much every company wants qualified black applicants and simply can't get anywhere close to enough, and often enough can't get any. Skilled and capable black people are high demand and have a lot of open doors; they aren't all likely to be banging down the doors of some fake news outlet.
So if you have 50 open slots and 50 black applicants who are best suited.... only 25 get hired? Works the other way around too.
