I agree my kids were suppose to go to the gifted program, but now that may not happen so I had to create my home school program and that also cost me a lot of money out of pocket. Yet we still pay lots of taxes and extra property taxes for these basically non existent public schools.
He should cut off funding if they refuse to basically go do their jobs.
Pay the parents who are doing the home schooling, not the teachers.
