US Army submitted a request to manufacture 138 MILLION rounds per year of small arms ammo completely separate from our normal Lake City plant. The one that kept up with the entire war on terror. Ask yourself what scenario requires that much additional ammo. (defence.pk)

Shit, I didn't even notice the paki address. I searched for a Defense Blog article I read yesterday on my phone and that came up, it has the same picture etc as the original article from Defense Blog.
