Name 1 law that is racist and discriminatory in intent (Besides Affirmative action). Last time I checked Jim Crow laws no longer existed.

That's why they now say 'systemic' instead. It's all about 'unconscious bias' since that's impossible to completely disprove.
The whole thing is a joke.
Really they're mad at the fact that young black men are the majority of violent criminals. They hate the police for holding them responsible for their actions.
Most of those young men come from broken households. Their "solution" is to advocate for the further destruction of the nuclear family. It's completely asinine but what else would you expect from the left?
