The only thing that the mask is good for is making people FEEL safe and FEEL like they're doing something to help. It doesn't ACTUALLY make people safer and they're not ACTUALLY doing anything to help.
I'll wear a mask in stores and restaurants where it's mandated because those are private businesses and they make the rules. I'll never wear a mask on the sidewalk or on a public beach or in a public park. We have to show people there's really nothing to fear.

Masks do provide protection for yourself and others. Depending on what type of mask depends on the amount of protection.
I look awesome in a mask. I'm still trying to obtain a full face gas mask so I'll look even cooler.
