When I've painted in the past or dealt with chemicals that could make me nauseous or sick I've used a proper mask to filter out those particles. They worked. When I lived in a place were I experienced allergies I'd wear and mask and they would stop me from suffering from allergies. So those different masks prevented me from inhaling dangerous chemicals and stopped my allergies. Surely, that was all in my head, right?
How about the next time you see an exterminator fumigating a house and is wearing a full face respirator walk inside of the house with no mask and hang out for a few hours ... Let me know how that works out for you.
I'm not wrong. Masks do work.
