Yep.

They can layoff most of the food staff, don't need full staff to serve box lunch curbside. Maybe 2-3 tops to make sandwiches and package.

Don't need daily janitors, just a few skilled staff to handle emergency repairs and tasks like mowing or snow removal.

Don't need multiple secretaries, maybe just one to handle mail and phone calls.

Don't need nurses in each school.

Don't need athletic staff.

Heat/AC, lighting, and water/sewer use will be reduced by 95% or more. Only need full light/heat/etc in a few offices occupied by staff, the rest of the buildings can be reduced to security lights and just enough climate control to keep mold out (in the south) or pipes from freezing (north, in the winter)

Give the money to parents so they can hire babysitters. Public schools are nothing but a glorified babysitting service anyway.

Oh the free lunches and dinners and breakfasts and weekend bags continue unabated. It’s the only thing our school system focuses on.
