The city approves these “murals” and provides permits for them. The question is, why does the city approve a “mural” that’s offensive to many and incredibly polarizing?

And fast-tracks the approval. The one that the couple is being charged a hate crime for "vandalizing" was approved in about 3 days. Have you ever had city business approved in 3 days?
