There has to be a valid lawsuit against the city of Seattle somewhere in this Madness.......

Only on a federal level. Keeping this stateside, with other braindead woke Seattle people on the jury, might backfire.

You would think

Not at this level since I think it was a "voluntary" training and it is training only. We can start sueing when they actually start doing stuff.

if it was 'voluntary' training with this kind of stuff said to black people, no one would question if there is a valid lawsuit in there.

My question though would be what would be the basis of the lawsuit? Typically in a discrimination lawsuit you can say that xyz policy is discriminatory and your rights were violated or something like that. But this is just training material really.

"made me feel unsafe - when my employer directed me to training that told me I don't deserve to be safe because of my race and ethnicity"

"employer actively fosters a hostile work environment - employers constantly and unnecessarily referring to my race and treating me as a 'white person' instead of just a person"

idk what kind of affirmative action laws there are in Washington State. In some places it's okay to do pretty much anything if the target is 'majority group' - in others there are limits.

White employees must give up “comfort,” “guaranteed physical safety,” “expectations or presumptions of emotional safety,”

this kind of language mandated by a government employer is beyond anything I've yet seen challenged in court

I think any citizen of Seattle could sue for abuse of power and misuse of taxpayer dollars for religious purposes.
