It usually goes like this between Mask Wearer and I:

MW: Can I pet your dog.

I: Sorry sick people can't pet my dog.

MW: I'm not sick.

I: Then why are you wearing a mask.

MW: To stop the spread.

I: ...........

Bonus when there is a group of people and I let the non-masker pet my dog.

Refusing to wear a mask when you know that it’s unnecessary is a form of protest.

That kind of protest only works so long as it isnt your place of employment then the debt-enslaved population will comply easily.
