Every single element of this bill is designed to support crime and criminals, and damage American society. These are active anarchists trying to tear down this country. They want rampant crime and disorder. Every member of Congress who might vote for this bill and does so, must be marked as a traitor to peaceful society. I've come to the conclusion there may be a brain virus that the Democrats pass to each other and it turns them into mentally ill people. They certainly are not sane and rational. They live in cuckoo land. Or, evidence of drug use in Congress.
