Could you imagine being so shallow as to worry about something as insane as being "on the right side of history"?
Like what the fuck does that even mean? People from different eras elevate and denigrate various historical figures for a variety of reasons, and it ain't always good reasons.
Then I remember that it was probably just written by some Democrat Party apparatchik, hopeful that they can avoid having to write another "party switch" into our history. (Spoiler: they can't, and I figure in 20 years it will be this era they point to and they'll use the handful of Democrats who fled their shitty party the past few years as evidence.)
