Black Lives Matter isn’t about black lives mattering. It’s about white lives mattering. If black lives mattered, then the decisions made by those black lives would matter too. If black lives mattered, then we’d hear a very different message besides just “white people need to dismantle ‘white supremacy,’” we’d likely also hear about the actual problems which effect black Americans (Rampant black fatherless, leading to much higher crime and poverty).
But, apparently, a black life only matters when they are taken by a white person, which is such a small number, it keeps people from looking at the actual problems in society today. Everything else doesn’t matter, BLM talk more about white colonialists, all of whom are also all dead, and the perceived evils of capitalism, which has nothing to do with race at all.
