Somebody PLEASE document this! I don't even doubt it much at this point, but I just keep seeing screenshots of tweets of someone's story about what their friend said... Can someone get evidence of this?
yea, I gotta call bullshit on this. I work at a facility that uses the same electronic medical record software as Hackensack (Epic) and a lab sendout order would require a patient encounter to be created in the system - there’s no way an NP would either fake create what we call “Mickey mouse” patients 100 times in a production system with legal medical records (or I guess bypass 99 duplicate order checks on the same patient encounter), much less do this Quest “gotcha” text from a real patient’s electronic chart.
We all know these tests were rushed to market and are fuckey but tweets like these are LARPs
