If they are not following policy will they get fired?

I'm sure the franchisee is just delighted to have her/his restaurant dissed across (anti)social media and the front pages. (sarc)

This will probably followed by "counselling" because you just can't fire certain demographics; you know, the demographic that would pull a stunt like this in the first place.
