Do we really think GEOTUS is this "bad" at choosing Attorneys General?

Maybe he didn't judge Sessions very well, but Barr, too?

Donald Trump was always great at evaluating people well and finding the right person for the job.

We DID have AG Whitaker, for a while, and he kicked ass. But after 2 "failed" AGs, are we going to say POTUS doesn't have what it takes to find a good AG? Or is there truly no great candidate somewhere out there?

The DOJ may be corrupt, but certainly POTUS Trump has what it takes to find someone who isn't compromised, who can be confirmed, and who can get into the AG office and get tangible results. I know we all believe Trump can do that, so why does it seem like he hasn't?

I think we ARE seeing results; just not as fast as we would like.

Can you imagine even hearing about Epstein or Maxwell, under any other President?

There are so many interconnected pieces; GEOTUS can't just send in the US Marshalls to arrest Crooked Hillary Clinton, even with the right evidence. Maybe he is building a case; maybe he knows the fallout of that type of move would hamstring his admin too much, so he is going after whoever he CAN take down.

I was very, very wrong about Sessions. But I STILL Trust Trump, so I'm not giving up on AG Barr. Not yet, anyways.

Trump doesn't really choose his ag. Mitch McConnell does.

So many Trump supporters don't understand this fact of DC politics.

The Chinless Turtle and his 8-10 never-Trump senate friends are the most powerful people in gummint.

I think that all the super important stuff is being worked on behind the scenes by three people: DJT, Barr, and Durham. If they are going to bring a case, it has to be 100% rock solid so they’ll take as long as they need to. One thought that came to mind is that maybe DJT is saving all of the results that have been presented to him thus far in his back pocket in case them Dems steal the election from him via fraud. Sort of like his insurance policy. If he loses the election then everyone goes down.

People here are so delusional they dont realize that the tweet is Trump himself talking about there being no results...

Both Epstein and Maxwell were arrested, and being brought up on charges. Presumably with the intent of getting them to spill the beans to avoid prosecution themselves.

That Epstein was suicided is not a failing of Trump and co.

I think a lot of us are missing what the President is doing here. He's building a public case against the deep state actors and members of the previous administration.

It's an unfortunate reality that it's really hard to prosecute such people without public approval, no matter how clear the crimes are.

Short term, doing so now could jeopardize the election, as the entire swamp would fight tooth and nail against it, with the media there to try and convince everyone it's political corruption on Trump's part.

Long term, if the public support isn't there, none of these people will be convicted. I really don't expect action until after the election and likely after the new congress takes office, which hopefully will be a Republican majority.

On reddit, and this site too I would click on comment threads to learn more about a post.

On twitter, I never learn more. Every thread is simply filled with hatred and taunting.
