Snyder Act 1924, says native Americans are considered US Citizens.

Which is weird, because they have their own land, reservations, tribal laws, tribal law enforcement, etc. Kinda seems like they want to be separate to me.

Yeh i agree, the reservations should of been treated as sovereign nations.

Why? We conquered them. Why would we give them their land back and set ourselves up to be weaker in the future because of it? We should've been honest from the start and said: might makes right, you're weak and lost, so you can either become one of us and speak English or leave. But if you stay and try to be a separate entity, we'll kill you.

Or as states. The Cherokees in Georgia wanted to found their own state, but the Georgia legislature wouldn't let them secede.

They’re welcome to start a war and win it like the Americans and British before them and Countless other Indian tribes before them did If they want it?

They are still up under Federal jurisdiction and law though.... They can't legally break federal law just because they're on a reservation.

Separate with their own lands and yet its "all their land". Nope, you agreed to the portions you got and that's all you got.
