Everybody does so, rich or poor; and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands: taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions. To demand more in the name of morals is mere cant.”

All SCOTUS did was kick the suit back down to the lower courts for a ruling. They did nothing but kick the can back down the street.
Keep in mind, NY has not actually charged Trump with any crime, they simply want access to his tax returns to see IF he committed a crime. This is unconstitutional and SCOTUS knows it. This ruling simply forces the lower court to shit or get off the pot. If the lower court rules in NY's favor, Trump will simply appeal it once more to SCOTUS where they will then be forced to either take the case or uphold the lower court ruling.
MSM and the liberals are cheering victory but they have it all wrong. MSM has it wrong because they are simply liars, liberals have it wrong because they are ignorant.
