Hawaii’s economic lifeblood is tourism and they’ve zapped that. Courts ruled our extended policy of 14 day quarantine didn’t violate constitutional rights and its okay. In order to visit, you have to be able to afford lodging and food for 14 days while staying inside your room, then you can go out and simulate the local economy. Who can afford the time off and that length of stay? Locals are pissed and now the local council wants to delay our August reopening due to the COVID spikes, never mind the hospitals are slow

They made their bed now they can lie in it. All I see coming out of that pineapple brained state are communists like Mazie “Hideki Tojo” Hirono, Gabard and the rest. As you said, the entire stare is dependent upon tourism and is completely non-self sufficient. Maybe the moron voters will stop sending box cars full of Democrats to Washington...what am so saying, of course they will.

A month stay for a two week vacation. I also don't see it happening.
