The thing that drives me nuts are the people that are like “but I’m doing this for you!” I never asked anybody to do anything for me, and I certainly won’t do that for strangers.
My office has largely been ignoring all the mask mandates from the state. However, we have a guy with a severely immuno-compromised child, and he is super paranoid right now. He’s asked everyone to not come in his cubicle without a mask, and guess what, we respect that.
Agree completely. It’s one thing to be asked. It’s another to be mandated with fines if failure to comply. I’m fine with businesses asking people to wear masks. I’m not fine with the govt telling me to.
