The judge started to look for outside arguments why he should continue the case -- The Supreme Court had just ruled UNANIMOUSLY he is not allowed to do so.

This should be thrown out immediately and he should be removed from the bench.

Didn't he pocket a lot of funds that were going to Howard University?

The supreme court ruled unanimously on a similar issue two moths ago. RBG even called out the ninth circuit for doing it.

Oh, it was the supreme court that unanimously ruled a month a ago that no judge can try to prosecute cases with the Amicus thing that this judge exactly tried to do.
