All that means is that now the federal government can try him...
I don't want Supreme Court judges to just do whatever the hell they feel like doing.... I want them to do what they feel like is upholding the law and if that's what the law said then that's how I want him decide. This doesn't mean the guy gets off permanently, this just means the feds will have to bring the same charges...

The question should not be what the guy was convicted of - the legal question which had to be decided was did the state of Oklahoma have jurisdiction. The judges should not be taking into consideration the race, politics, sex or in this case what the defendant was charged with, in deciding a case. The question should only be is it or is it not a violation of the law
