Do you know how many get a BA in Bio or Chem instead of a BS in Bio or Chem to avoid an actual math-based physics class, and how this is seen as perfectly acceptable & normal by medical schools & any profession not involving physics? If they didn't make the Physics Exception, 80% of students wouldn't be able to complete their degree in whatever because of that one class.

My point is that quoting scripture was not sufficient. I can't know what is in Mr. Osteen's heart. I do know that God will not let his word come back empty. And I do know that Mr. Osteen does present a gospel of a vending machine God. It is shallow and although uplifting is hollow.
He never preaches the fear of God. Only the stuff that teaches you to be a do-gooder. A fear of God is as integral as a love for God. There has to be at least an occasional interjection of fire and brimstone.
