Can a supermajority in state congress veto?

Unfortunately no, but he is being dragged into court by a county Circuit Court judge here because of his shenanigans. Kentucky was chosen for this garbage because we don't have Gubernatorial recall and they could test run a bunch of ballot harvesting to get him elected. He's got a known last name here and supposedly a lot of people weren't happy with our previous Governor. Have lived in Kentucky for 43 years and am thinking about moving out of the state for the first time in my life.

Am Kentuckian. AG already fighting it because Beshear does too many executive orders. The mandate states it does not include people with asthma, and I suspect Kentucky is about to have a large spike of asthma problems.

I just watched the part of his presser about this. Apparently when you are eating you are safe from coco-puffs. He literally said, while you are waiting in line at a restaurant, and while you are sitting at a table waiting for food you have to wear a mask, but magically when you begin to eat, you are safe to take it off.

So I will have to get in the habit of carrying a banana in my pocket to start eating whenever someone tells me to wear a mask. Because eating makes you immune apparently. Damn, there are going to be some fat people after this is all over with.

Seems like our country is gone if people don't defy all of these unconstitutional orders, if just a few people defy though and everyone else complies, that makes it too easy to enforce.

The way he did it makes it harder, too. He's not using law enforcement to make us comply, but he's using the health department to make it impossible to enter a store without a cuckstrap. There really are no punishments for private citizens, but the business owners will be fucked if they don't comply with the rules set by the health department. It's tyranny by proxy, just like the government using "private" tech companies to get around the First Amendment. Disgusting.
