Yup. Welcome to the club. Same here in Washington. not every business is enforcing. None of the law enforcement are enforcing this. Which is why governors are now saying they will fine businesses owners. Tyranny by hook or extortion. Guess its America fault for letting government issue business licenses.

Its funny how if you decided to keep your business running they'll arrest you. But if you wanna steal from that business or burn it down even, you would be left alone.

I was told( havent had time to check for myself) that he said he doesn't care what the backlash is at 4 then my coworkers said he came out and said he isnt going to lock people up or fine them and anyone with health issues doesn't have to wear a mask or prove their health issues. Back pedaling

Plus a judge has ruled against his EO so who knows WTF is going on.

He knows he can just decree something and even if it's completely unconstitutional and will be killed in the courts, people and business will follow it anyways just to avoid trouble.

Found a link for ruling but is only against his agribusiness EO

Yeah when you go shopping businesses are going to be the ones enforcing his BS EOs not the police

Utah is at that tipping point. Virus case counts and death rates have been rising here.

The governor admitted that our "guard was let down" after the initial precautions.

I can forgive officials for not knowing what they are dealing with - EXCEPT - this same governor has refused to make HCQ+ZPac available as a treatment option.

Dude... the deaths are in the single digits!

4 deaths, 5 deaths. A total of 200 deaths... the cases are fake! They are exposure risks being counted as cases.

Mainwar 5 points ago +5 / -0

My idiot Dem governor (Nevada) pulled this same crap a couple of weeks ago, and I think has a picture of Gavin Newsom in a heart frame on his bathroom mirror. Sisolak has threatened to yank the business licenses of non-compliers.

Really? Because Walmart is one of the biggest taxpayers in the state. I fucking DARE you to pull their license. Do you honestly think a dozen supercenters are just going to close up shop? Business needs to stand up to these bullies.

There are only so many security guards. I doubt any store is comfortable with their other employees enforcing it.

PillarOfWisdom 3 points ago +3 / -0

How does a person get into the store to buy a mask? 22 Catch.

My policy: I walk in without a mask. If they try to stop me, I say I am protesting our tyrannical fascist dictator and they can call the police.

If the police show up, I will tell them I am protesting for freedom of religion.

Cops really don't like to arrest people for first amendment stuff. That's the kind of stuff lawyers dream about.

Remember that when all of this started. When the spread could actually be limited by having sick people wear a mask. The CDC lied and said masks do nothing to stop the spread. Because they are incompetent buffoons.

Yeah yeah sure.

Did you read the article or just blow it off?

1

I don't think you quite understand how all of this works. Did you know 90% of cancer patients die from kidney failure? Cancer isn't lethal at all cause it never kills by itself!

Yeah Covid doesn't kill either! I mean sure it causes massive respiratory distress resulting in cardiac arrest from oxygen deprivation or braindeath but it never kills by itself!

This is the basic gist right? You didn't understand the article. The causal element is still Corona. The death occurs when the disease triggers a hyperreaction from the immune system.

1
jgardner 1 point ago +1 / -0

The causal element is pretty much anything that triggers an immune response. Really, the causal element is being very old or sick. Everyone is constantly subjected to potential triggers and we cannot change that.

1
BoughtByBloomberg2 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, it's different. You need a virus that can cause a big enough reaction. Some viruses do, some viruses don't. Corona is one of the viruses that can trigger an immune overreaction.

1
jgardner 1 point ago +1 / -0

One of many things that can trigger CR.

We cannot hope to eliminate all of the triggers, nor should we attempt it.
