Mix about 1:1 with Kerosene or Diesel fuel for easy spreading. This is what they use to make roads. It will bond to anything and be very hard to take off road paint, even when wet. MESSY, but imho best option.

Fight fire with fire. Find a similar polyurea 2 part paint and a way to apply it quickly. Expensive.
