Meh. When dissenters are worried about slippery slope rather than what is legally correct then they are dissenting for the wrong reasons. (Not Roberts, some of the others) Like I said previously it's the governments own fault this happened and they have gotten off extremely light so far with how many of the US's own laws and treaties were purposely broken or subverted. This one happens to be a bigger case to go the other way but they were due for one with how many legitimate cases have been blunted or shot down.
