That's weird, I've actually not had that issue myself. I wonder if it's not playing nice with some other setting or add-on you have enabled.

Have you tried switching the provider from Cloudflare to NextDNS? Wonder if there's maybe some conflict since .win is served over Cloudflare too. Wouldn't think that would be an issue, but worth a test?

If it's an add-on problem it might be Ublock Origin or DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials. Those are the only add-ons I use that would even be able to prevent websites from loading.
