Goya brand chickpeas make the best hummus. One can of drained chickpeas, two unpeeled cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil, one tablespoon each of Tahini and lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste. I also add a pinch of rubbed sage (secret ingredient). Food processor is the only way to go, but leave it a little chunky. Awesome tasting.
