They have been saying it all along. There is no report from Durham. When Durham finds something worth prosecuting, he hands out indictments. Maybe they will write a post Mortem after it’s all said and done but these are criminal investigations.

JFC, the guy is writing a report AND issuing indictments - why is this so hard to comprehend?

He might be referring to Durham’s ‘reporting his findings’ verbally to Trump.
In other words, a report.
Please note that a report does not mean there will not be indictments issued in tandem with it.
