Hit those city council meetings. These people are scared to death of a lot of people showing up at those and showing real anger. They're often recorded on video and local newspapers cover them. They usually get just a handful of people at those things complaining about stop signs, sidewalks and building permits. The battle must be won at the local levels plus you don't need 2000 people to make an impact. 25-50 people all heated up and showing some fire at these council members will have an impact.
