Seek rural red areas. Just be friendly when you arrive and assure the locals you hate libtards and love working for a living. You should do just fine. You get much more land/house for your money too! Fresh air and free people!

Look up US National forest maps and start from there. You will have to do some soul searching on how remote you want to go. I hear the Ozarks are pretty chill and cover a few states. Northern Idaho is pretty remote as is Montana, both are weary of outsiders. Just assure them you won't be voting liberal and you should be fine.
