ive seen a lot of young soycialists try to say "well of course socialism failed in all those other countries, the evil united states was working overtime to try and destroy it so they could say socialism always fails!"

if socialism is superior to capitalism as an economic model then why would socialism constantly crumble when opposed by an inferior economic model?
