Yep. I don't have too much of a problem with Kavanaugh. The only time I strongly felt he got the law wrong was this past thing with the subpoena. Otherwise, I consider him one of the Great Justices on par with Scalia and Marshall and I can't wait to see what great achievements in law he will bring.

We see judicial legislation all the time, now. But on top of that judicial legislating, he pretends to be a textualist. It was downright insulting.
