Lowest corona virus death rate ever in Illinois leads more people to continue living.

Lowest death rate ever in Illinois leads to unprecedented levels of social injustice and suffering due to continued living. More at eleven.

Experts cite urgent need for more abortions.

15
hjsjdvd 15 points ago +16 / -1

this means without a doubt is that most likely everybody already has it. or at least most people already had it. And most people aren't showing symptoms even though most people probably had it but not been tested for it

which means even less dangerous than previously assumedd

right-wing media needs to do its damn job and start recording these things. The reality is the coronavirus has been proven to not be a pandemic. there's no reason to shut down the economy and these tests prove it. most people have it and most people are fine. right-wing media needs to do its job and stuff repeating whatever Democrat media talks about and start reporting on things that the Democrat media tries to cover up..

11
BigDaddyMAGA 11 points ago +11 / -0

Rush Limbaugh has been on top of it pretty much every day. I heard him report the other day that the CDC is saying we can't even call it an epidemic anymore, let alone a pandemic.

He's about the only commentator I have time to listen to though, so I'm not sure about the rest.

The propagandist’s dilemma: abortions can’t be counted as covid deaths

3
WU_HAN_FRU 3 points ago +4 / -1

Correction: They can't credibly be counted as abortion deaths.

Tell me one thing the administrative state or the media stopped short of saying because it was ridiculous on its face any time in the last two decades.

78
MAGAmanforever 78 points ago +78 / -0

Even mortality rate is skewed due to the hospitals over reporting to get that extra $

43
drachennwolf 43 points ago +44 / -1

This was fucked from the get-go. "Died with COVID" and "died from covid" are now the same thing, even though they tell very different stories.

Dying from something indicates you're otherwise healthy. I died from multiple gunshot wounds. Not, I died from Covid while also being shot multiple times.

25
TheThreeSeashells 25 points ago +25 / -0

You would have survived if not for "Covid." - The media/Left.

The only exception is if you're a black meth head in Minnesota choked to death by a crooked white cop. Then you'll be the only person in the entire country with CCP Virus who tested positive and DIDN'T have that listed as the cause of death.

8
drachennwolf 8 points ago +9 / -1

Not just meth, either. The guy was a ticking time bomb. I'm sure the stress of him being choked out killed him, but the cause of death looked cardiac, not asphyxiation. People turn pretty colors when they're suffocating or when blood isn't reaching vital organs. He wasn't turning blue until it was night night time

Can someone confirm this. His autopsy said 11ng(?) which is too small to be fatal?

4
Thrasymachus 4 points ago +4 / -0

The average fatal dose of Fentanyl is anywhere from 7 ng/ml to 9 ng/ml (depending on your source; it appears to vary). Kirby's "average" dose was 9.96 ng/ml. Keep in mind that the official autopsy said no asphyxiation, no restricted airway (and how could there be ipso facto if he was huffing and shouting the whole goddamn time) The Paid Celebrity Autopsy Clown (Michael Baden, who also did Hands Up Don't Shoot, among others) said Definitely Asphyxiation, but this can and should be dismissed out of hand.

3
NormaJeanRocks 3 points ago +3 / -0

Looks like it can vary on whats lethal, but that looks to be a pretty good amount

8
Cyer6 8 points ago +8 / -0

We spoke with a friend who took an adult child to the ER for high fever. The ER was busy and they sent them home telling them it was “probably c19”. The problem is he just had surgery to remove a tumor like growth. Now a competent, caring health provider would test for bacterial infection related to that surgery and not dismiss them saying it’s c19. A systemic bacterial infection would cause those symptoms and could be deadly if not treated or allowed to progress past the point where common antibiotics would work effectively.

6
drachennwolf 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah. I'm fire/EMS, one of our EMTs works at a hospital. They wouldn't admit her to the hospital or prescribe treatment for a life threatening infection she had. They diagnosed her with COVID, and we were giving her IV bags of NS every few days to keep her alive (severe dehydration). The hospital she worked at repeatedly refused to admit her.

My wife had an aunt that had a hemorrhagic stroke. She went to the ER and told them she thought she was having a stroke (symptoms were only a severe headache, she never gets headaches, and the only other time she had a headache like this she had a stroke).

ER told her to take aspirin and go home.

She went to a SECOND ER. Same diagnosis. Headache. Take aspirin. Go home.

She died later that night. Aspirin is a blood thinner/anti-coagulant. Because of a pandemic, hospitals and doctors can't be sued for malpractice. This was clearly malpractice. I'm a lowly first responder and even I know that aspirin + stroke like symptoms = HARD NO.

Both of these are true stories. The EMT is back with us now and no longer sick.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, they want to kill as many of us as possible. I've known this since March. I wonder if Governors are also excused from mass murder and practicing medicine without a license due to the pandemic?

2
Remanys 2 points ago +2 / -0

Medical malpractice/incompetence is one of the leading causes of deaths in America. ALWAYS question doctors and ask for second, third and even fourth opinions on anything health related as well as doing your own research.

8
WU_HAN_FRU 8 points ago +8 / -0

That isn’t on point at all.

Even in that bizarre example, the bullet is what killed the guy.

Covid hasn’t contributed to the deaths of the vast majority of people who croaked for whatever actual reason and were found to have Covid or Covid antibodies in their systems.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
2
MAGAmanforever 2 points ago +2 / -0

That would be better if the guy fell by accident as well. Arguing intent in accidents must drive judges mad.

1
mateus 1 point ago +2 / -1

That's nuts. The guy cleaning his gun is only guilty if a jury FINDS him guilty. And no prosecutor would charge someone whose gun accidentally discharged, and hit a window jumper passing by. That doesn't even meet ONE required component of a manslaughter charge.

Thanks for the laugh.

8
never_dems 8 points ago +8 / -0

Perhaps because they think it will help them regain power. The virus is most deadly to older persons with compromised immune systems. (Like me). This virus may help save the social security system from going bankrupt. I remember when I was a child. Our parents used to have "Chicken pox" parties. We all got it and survived then went on with our lives. It wasn't pleasant but I don't remember any one dying of it. Experts - we can do without them for the most part. The Fake News and the Education system is the real enemy to this nation IMO.

Spoiler: it wouldn't.

10
Deaduponaviral 10 points ago +10 / -0

Always seemed completely idiotic to me. Were people running out to get tested for Ebola or h1n1 when they were perfectly fine? Nope, only when they showed symptoms. This must be the first illness in history where asymptomatic people are scrambling to get tested.

3
HockeyMom4Trump 3 points ago +3 / -0

Exactly

3
Cyer6 3 points ago +3 / -0

I want to know if these tests are actually finding people actually infected. We keep hearing that the tests may show antibodies if you’ve had a covid related infection at some point but not necessarily c19. And if it is c19, could it also mean that they have acquired an immunity?

Case in point, Terrance Howard accepted as an Engineering student while at the same time completely convinced that 1 x 1 = 2. Most of the people I know that go on and on about science have not taken or passed a single science class in their lives. I have an engineering degree and am often called a science denier. "Science" is another word they have ruined and made completely meaningless.

9
fickelbra 9 points ago +10 / -1

Science is a religion to a lot of people, and they misunderstand it at the most basic level. Science isn’t truth. At its best it’s what we understand so far, and at its worst it’s complete nonsense.

I recently re-watched the History Channel special on The French Revolution. It has its roots in the Enlightenment where people are encouraged to think for themselves and not automatically accept what their "superiors" are told them.

The people who ushered in that period would be ashamed of so many people today.

Penetration of cloth masks by particles was almost 97% and medical masks 44%. This study is the first RCT of cloth masks, and the results caution against the use of cloth masks. This is an important finding to inform occupational health and safety. Moisture retention, reuse of cloth masks and poor filtration may result in increased risk of infection. Further research is needed to inform the widespread use of cloth masks globally. However, as a precautionary measure, cloth masks should not be recommended for HCWs, particularly in high-risk situations, and guidelines need to be updated

According to John Hopkins the case/fatality rate is above 4%. Of course it’s somewhat lower irl because of people who have it that don’t get tested but that’s all speculation. Don’t know where you got 0.26% from.

Ive noticed these higher percentage rates seems to come from when they take total deaths and divide it by total "recoveries" rather than total cases. In a lot of instances, people who tested positive never go and get retested so they are floating in limbo as not a death nor a recovery.

I’m curious myself but not confident the test results will be accurate. At all.

“Your test was negative.” Oh cool. Wait now I have to worry I’m still going to get it. And being A+ blood type, I’ll be the type who gets it horrendously. Or maybe not. Hmm negative means I can party with friends. Or, am I asymptomatic and falsely negative and a super spreader still? Have I infected grandma unwittingly? That lady making my sub? Oh shit this is hard. Are you sure it’s really negative? “No. No we aren’t.”

“Your test was positive!” Oh! Wow! Am I currently sick? Doesn’t seem so bad then. But what if it gets really, really bad. Is the worst over? Is the worst coming? I heard Advil makes it worse. Don’t take Advil. Did I give it to grandma? Shit I’m the reason grandma is going to die? I fucking wore my mask though! Are you sure it’s positive? “No. No we aren’t.”

Aquamine-Amarine 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, if everything is fine in Japan he should just stay there. If he's a U.S. citizen then he can come back for a bit to vote in November and feel out the situation. If everything here is back to normal by then they can move. But if I were him I'd probably stay there until early next year.

For some reason I'm reading things in reverse Liberal...

Public schools and mainstream media have bred whole swaths of Americans who are incapable of thinking for themselves.

If you need a sophisticated test in order to know if you're in a crisis, maybe you're not in a crisis.

So - are they REALLY testing everyone? Or are they doing that extrapolation thing again. Remember nurses on here have said if you live with seven people and you test positive, they don't test your housemates, they just automatically count them as positive. Now if none of you get sick, they might test one of you in 2 weeks. If you test positive again (sans any signs of illness) Then you and all 7 of your housemates again are counted as positive. So... that is the equivalent of 14 "new cases" --- it's all about fear.

Plus, don't forget this little gem from the CDC -- https://files.catbox.moe/47wwxk.jpeg
