Part of Roberts dissenting opinion in the landmark case yesterday that declared the eastern half of Oklahoma as Indian Reservations.
It outlines that these tribes basically lost all claim to their lands when they participated in the civil war on the side of the confederacy. From a cancel culture perspective not only did they fight for the confederacy, but were slave owners as well. Effectively the narrative can be "liberal judges sided to give land to slave owners."
