Yup. Frankly getting academia to quit their marxist indoctrination is the most important issue within our society. Quit the “diversity is our strength” and “globalization is the way of the future” and “everyone is created equal”. Frankly that last point is the most essential - we need equality of opportunity rather than force feeding that all are “equal”. Sorry, I sure as shit couldn’t be a cardiac surgeon and I should’t get paid like one if I can’t. But perhaps that cardiac surgeon has NO CLUE about finances and taxes.
