What a winning combination! Take away police AND your guns!

Genius!

The next time I have a stranger in my house a 3 am, I look forward to scheduling an appointment with the community crisis de-escalation manager for next Tuesday!

If the uninvited guest was black you'll be told to write an apology for your whiteness.

I gotta get back to my Japanese roots and study the blade and form a band of ninja police. 🙃 Won’t be long until they ban blades too though.

Yup. See Londonstan.

Don’t forget to give up your expectations of physical safety and property so you can properly undo your whiteness! 🤡🌎

They also want to replace the police with morality police steeped in the religion of SJW. See not so Great Britain.

"Sir, you don't need to rob my house and hurt me. Let's talk about WHY you're here. We can solve this through words and feelings"

^ The left's crime de-escalation method

The left pre-Floyd: Ban civilian guns, you don't need them that why we have police.

The left post-Floyd: Ban cops! Ban guns!

It really comes down to a large portion of these people are just sheep getting angry about what Twitter told them to be angry about. It was all CCPVirus then it disappeared over night to BLM, unless it was a eeeeeevil conservative asking about social distancing and masks among a huge crowd.

If we actually banned police and guns it would get rid of the blue city-centers that vote dem, but in a pretty gruesome way.

I mean, objectively... seeing how many states have actually been not just talking about gun control but have in fact been ENACTING gun control (Virginia, COVID-19 excuses etc)... It's not exactly 'set back decades'. It's been advanced.

Couple that with Trump's unfortunately wishy-washy stance on the 2A ---> like how he unconstitutionally banned bump stocks.

Maybe more people are anti-gun control now, but gun control has still seen politicians ACT on it, while no 2A rights have been ACTED on and restored. Hell, even the Supreme Court punted a bunch of 2A cases back to the lower courts, effectively enforcing more gun control.

The Scotus punting is a blessing. We would have of lost with that turncoat 5-4 and they knew it. We need another Scotus pick or 2 in Trump's second term. Then rule on all the gun stuff

The fact that there has to be a strategy such as this for the highest court to make a ruling is pretty sad.

It's a shame that the NRA is often as loud about gun rights as the ACLU is about freedom of speech nowadays.

Noise suppressors are a health issue. No one should risk their hearing just to shoot.

2
EtTuRINO 2 points ago +2 / -0

Problem is people totally buy into the idea that it makes it near silent, as seen in movies.

Gun laws are made mostly by the uninformed or those with bad intentions.

Think it was California that banned barrel shrouds a few years ago. And if you ever hear any of these legislators talk about the bills they supposedly wrote or sponsored it's so laughable.

Those red flag laws are like a sniper pointed at each gun owners head 24/7.

We can take heart knowing that self-defense is a Natural Right as ordained by Nature's God, and that those who choose to defy it, are fighting a war they will always lose.

"...and that those who choose to defy it, are fighting a war they will always lose."

Eventually, maybe, but there are around 100 million dead from the 20th century that might question the assertion.

Chalk up one more win.

If energy can never be destroyed, do you think we're going to go somewhere else when we die? heh

2
EtTuRINO 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not only 100 million dead but many more still allowing or pushing such practices to go on, plus the Chinese regime has yet to fall.

Bump stocks aren't protected by the constitution though... it's an accessory, banning them doesn't infringe on our rights to own firearms.

2
christianknight 2 points ago +2 / -0

SHALL

1
Meddlesom 1 point ago +1 / -0

Show me in the constitution where it says we have the right to own bump stocks? Explain how banning bump stocks infringes on our right to bear arms. Don't fucking meme your way out of it.

6
GumMint 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is a no-win situation for him. Gun rights advocates will argue this goes too far. Gun control nuts will argue it doesn't go far enough. Objectively a bad campaign move.
