He's still guilty of the crime, he just doesn't have to do the time

Gotcha but since he is appealing the crime he can be found innocent "eventually".

Not like any of this matters as long as hes not going to prison who cares about Mueller teams MUH RUSSIA.

Fyi, it does matter.

That is specifically why he didn't pardon him. Stone wants to be vindicated in courts clearing his name by having the guilty verdict overturned.
