Water for weekdays/workouts. Whiskey's for Friday/Saturday's and nights out with the women. I encourage all of you to drink more water and hit the weights whenever possible.

Community Coffee out of Baton Rouge is great coffee, just not available nationwide but can order online. I was raised on it and drink it almost exclusively. I just checked and they seem to be based, even donate to Folds of Honor, scholarships for children of fallen or disabled service members.
Love Community Coffee. We buy their Breakfast Blend, Dark Roast, and Chicory on rotation. We do instant. Driving over the bridge to Port Allen we always roll down the windows to get a nice whiff of the coffee from their plant/distribution center on the river.
